Fiery Trial

1 Peter:4:12-13 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

Are you going through the fire right now? Ecc says "There is a time and season for everything under the sun", which also includes fiery trials.

I like though the way Peter starts out in this verse and says "Beloved".

We are the beloved. Loved by God beyond measure! Did you know when you are born again, that God writes your name on the palm of His hand? Did you know that you are the apple of God's eye? You are the center of His attention! He knows you so intimately that he has even counted the number of hairs you have on your head. This is so good to know isn't it beloved? To know that no matter what type of trail we are going through, we are the beloved, you are the beloved of God Himself!

Peter goes on to tell us, "don't think it's a strange thing when you have a fiery trial." When you live for God, you're bound to have some. Why? Because our enemy Satan does not want you to know you are beloved and he does not want you to make a difference in others lives. But yet God wants you to know you indeed are beloved and that you really can make a difference in your own life and others.

Lately, I have been posting some pretty serious stuff and praying a lot more. I'm starting to see my prayers answered and Satan is not happy that I am making a difference in others lives (ever it be even so small). Satan our true enemy (not one another) wants to kill, steal, and destroy any good thing that is your life! He absolutely hates you with a venom vengeance and hates anything you do for God and for others and will do anything in his power to stop you.

The good news is "Greater is He that is within you, than he that is within the world"
Also "I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me"

So, this blog post is to all of you who are living for God, and touching other people with your love for God. Keep it up! Go through the trail and wear the helmet of salvation, keep grasping the shield of faith and the sword of the spirit, the word of God. Keep that breast plate of right standing on you, and keep your shoes on, sharing the good news to others. YOU ARE BELOVED! Share your Wealth, share your riches; share your love and the love of God!

I love you, and God loves you even more.

Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life!

How to tell if your church is sick or healthy

How to tell if your church is sick or healthy

It's really important to know if the church you are a member of is sick or healthy spiritually. After all, if it's sick; you'll want to know; to help make it healthy.

First some things to go over what a spiritually healthy church is NOT:

1. Its size. It doesn't matter if your church is 50 or 5000. It is not an indicator of spiritual health.

2. Its Music. It doesn't matter if your worship team plays the harp, the piano, you have 10 guitars, and your song leader is famous because he or she sings so great.

3. The Pastor(s) all have degree's from a college.

4. The number of offices it has or how wonderful the church building looks.

5. That your service is on TV or Radio.

Okay you get the idea. Let's look at some of the signs if your church is spiritually sick.

1. No one is encouraged to bring their Bibles

I Tim 3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"
Hard to know doctrine if you're not reading it.

2. Hardly anyone comes to prayer meetings

Acts 1:14 "These all continued with one accord in prayer and supplication, with the women, and Mary the mother of Jesus, and with his brethren."

Ps 54:12 "Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth."

Matt 18:19-20 19 "Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them."

3. No small groups or low participation

Act 2:46 "And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,"

Heb 10:25 "Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching"

4. The word is watered down so much that no one is encouraged to forsake sin and live holy.

Lev 11:45 "For I am the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy."

Rev 22:18-19 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. "

1 John 4:17 "Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world."

5. No real love for each other. Only superficial relationships

1 John 4:11 "Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another."

6. No call to salvation at the end of the message.

John 3:16 "16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

Romans 10:9-10 "9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

2 Corn 6:2 ...."behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation."

7. No call to respond to the message for believers.

Matt 11:20 "Then began he to upbraid the cities wherein most of his mighty works were done, because they repented not:"

8. No lives are being changed by God and or His word.

Mark 6:7 "And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;"

Mark 3:15 "And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:"

Mark 12:24 "And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?"

If your church or you as an individual is lacking one of these eight things, I want to encourage you to make some adjustments in your life. Ask God to show you where you may be lacking and to help you.

If you belong to a church that is lacking in one of these areas I encourage you to talk to your Pastor and or the leadership of the church and encourage them in God's word to fulfill His will. Ask what you can do to help bring about a change.
If they reject what you say, you might want to prayerfully consider finding a new church home.

Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life,

Trick or Treat..It's Your Choice Today

The Grim Reaper

Treat or Treat...It's Your Choice Today

We have a problem and here it is:

"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment" -The Bible

"The thief comes only in order to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it [a]overflows)." - Jesus

And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.- Revelations 20:12

"And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." - Revelations 20:15

Don't be deceived, many people think the devil looks like this:

But he's way to smart to appear as he really is.
"And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light." -II Corn 11:14

He might look like this instead:

Or like this:

Or like this:

Or possibly like this:

(Disney-The Rescuers)

"Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:" I Peter 5:8

And while I'm on the subject, it use to be you'd only see scary movies out in or around Halloween. Not any more! There have been around 28 horror movies release in 2010. No wonder people are so freaked out now a days!

The real trick though is, people think that there is no devil.

If there is no devil. No satan, no demons, then that makes the whole Bible a lie and Jesus a lier too. But the Bible says:

Luke 11:14 "And he was casting out a devil, and it was dumb. And it came to pass, when the devil was gone out, the dumb spake; and the people wondered."

Luke 13:32 "And he said unto them, Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected."

Matthew:8:28 "And when He arrived at the other side in the country of the Gadarenes, two men under the control of demons went to meet Him, coming out of the tombs, so fierce and savage that no one was able to pass that way.

29And behold, they shrieked and screamed, What have You to do with us, Jesus, Son of God? Have You come to torment us before the appointed time?(D)

30Now at some distance from there a drove of many hogs was grazing.

31And the demons begged Him, If You drive us out, send us into the drove of hogs.

32And He said to them, Begone! So they came out and went into the hogs, and behold, the whole drove rushed down the steep bank into the sea and died in the water.

33The herdsmen fled and went into the town and reported everything, including what had happened to the men under the power of demons."

Let's look at one of these verses more closely verse 29 from above:

29And behold, they shrieked and screamed, What have You to do with us, Jesus, Son of God?
The Demons knew who Jesus was/is. They called him "Son of God"

The Big question of the day is "Do you know who Jesus is?"

Jesus came to cleanse you of all your sins and forgive you. To give you eternal life.

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

John 5:24 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."

Make it a treat today. It's not a trick. Jesus loves you and died for you. He's alive today and wants to come into your life and be your Lord and save you, forgive you of all your sins.

Won't you make him Lord of your life today?

If you want to receive Jesus, pray this prayer and mean it from your heart:

"Jesus, I believe you died for me and are alive today. Forgive me of all my sins and come into my life. I turn from all my sins. Thank you for saving me. Amen. "

If you said that prayer and meant it from your heart you have been Born Again.

I encourage you to find a Bible believing church, read your Bible, and tell someone of your decision today. Feel free to leave a comment.

Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life!

Helping children with heart disease

I just got back from Lancaster, PA from an incredible meeting with the Dannecker family. This family is simply incredible!
Before I tell you want this family does in Israel, I want you to see the baby in their picture. Her name is Moriah.
You see..Hank being in Israel decided he really needed to hear from God as to His will. He used fleece praying. (Judges 6) He prayed "God if it's really your will for us to be here in Israel , I pray for a new child to be in our home." He was in prayer for 2 days alone asking God for His direction. He came back home and soon after his two children and his wife were feeling sick. Well the children got well, but his wife Michele didn't. She explained the symptoms to her friend, and her friend said
"Michele, it sounds like you might be pregnant."
Michele being 40 years old, said no, I don't think so.
Hank her husband upon hearing this, said
"Ah honey I forgot to tell you what I prayed."
Sure enough she had Mariah. They named her Moriah because it was where Hank had prayed on a mountain near them named "Moriah".

They took their family and fulfilled a call to be missionaries in Israel.
I first have to say they were nothing like I had imagined they would be like. They are a family so surrendered to God and so full of love that you can't help but long to be in service like they are to others.
What do they do? They have started something called 1New Heart.
They partner with heart surgeons and provide surgery to children with Congenital heart disease (CHD). Eight out of every 1000 live births around the world have some form of CHD.

I am posting their news letter here. Just click on it three times to enlarge it:

They reach out to Palestinian children. Hank points out that Jesus told us to love our enemy's. (Matthew 5:42-44) It is though this love that families are being touched so deep by the love of Christ that they give their lives to Jesus. Not only is the immediate family effected, but when something good happens in a Palestinian family, they invite all their relatives over and slaughter a couple of lambs and have a feast.
So, many others are touched by the love of Jesus by their service in 1NewHeart.

Heart surgery like this would normally run at least $400,000. An opportunity has opened where they can have a child's operation for only $5,000!

To learn more you can go to http://www.1newheart.org/ or email them at 1newheart@gamil.com

What a wonderful way to give life, both physical and possibly spiritually too!

On Looking Up by Zig Ziglar

On Looking Up by Zig Ziglar

Back in the days of sailing ships a young sailor went to sea for the first time. The ship encountered a heavy storm in the North Atlantic. The young sailor was commanded to go aloft and trim the sails. As he started to climb, he made a mistake and looked down. He started to lose his balance. At that moment, an older sailor underneath him shouted, "Look up, son, look up!" The young sailor looked up and regained his balance.

When things seem bad, look to see if you're not facing the wrong direction. When you're looking at the sun, you see no shadows. When the outlook isn’t good, try the uplook—it’s always good!

How Safe is Tylenol really?

Tylenol (acetaminophen) is an over-the-counter pain reliever and fever-reducer that is commonly used for children. The use of acetaminophen has increased dramatically over the past 50 years -- over the same time allergic diseases, such as asthma, have also become more common.
A recent study has linked the use of acetaminophen with Asthma and eczema.

I know in today's world, we think that reaching for the Tylenol is an easy fix. Now we see that while it may help with a fever or a headache, it can increase the chances of young people getting Asthma! There are safe and natural alternatives.
I know at first it seems strange to use "natural" remedies. But as you will experience the effectiveness of natural essential oils you'll be glad to use them and to rest assured of not causing side effects.
Here's a video of a peer of mine in Young Living showing how to take care of a headache naturally using essential oils:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXcas7-f3uw&feature=autofb

Also I know the other main use for Tylenol is when you have a fever. Peppermint Essential Oil put on the feet several times as needed will bring down a persons fever naturally.

Sore body? Pan Away Essential Oil, Peppermint, Wintergreen, and taking at least an ounce of Ningxia Red will take care of sore muscles. I can confirm this because I've used each of these essential oils with great amazement and success!

PLEASE heed the warnings of these findings and throw out your Tylenol and start using Essential oils instead. (Use only Therapeutic Essential Oils to be assured the oils are pure and safe).

To order any of these Therapeutic Essential Oils or Ningxia Red, go to

What to do if you screwed up in the past

What to do if you screwed up in the past:

The longer you live, and the more you live; the more likely you'll make mistakes.
Sometimes BIG ones, sometimes small ones. But what do we do about those sins or mistakes in the "past" we made that are affecting our "now"?

Think of actions as "seeds". Some of the seeds we have sown are what I call "weed seeds." The funny thing about weeds are, they seem to grow faster than "good seeds."
I'm not sure if that's always true, but it sure seems like it. Especially if you sown enough "weed seeds" that it starts choking out the "good seed" or deeds in your life.

The first thing you have to do to get more good things going in your life than the negative is to "take responsibility for your own actions." When we stop blaming our Ex Spouse, our Mother, our Father, our Brothers, our Sisters, our teachers, our Government; and actually start taking responsibility of our lives is the starting point of having a GREAT life!

Second thing to do is: Start sowing "good seeds."
Now realize that if you spent a long time (maybe most of your life) sowing weed seeds that it's going to take some time for the good seeds to overcome the bad ones.

Start sowing A LOT of good seeds! The more the better! Keep doing it day in, day out. The more you sow, the more that will overtake the bad, and sooner or later you're going to see a field full of good fruit instead of weeds!

Thirdly: Don't give up too soon. It can be discouraging at times when you keep doing what's right and not see the fruit of your labors. But do not be deceived, you will reap what you sow if you do not faint!

Fourth: Don't fool yourself into believing your actions don't matter.
Just because you don't see the results of your actions does not mean "you got away with it." For example you might eat at a fast food place almost every day in your 20's and as your continue to eat there into your 30's, you will see and feel the difference in your body. But during years 20-29 for example it doesn't SEEM to matter. Slowly it catches up with you.

Another example would be smoking. You smoke, you feel good at first. It calms you, gives you satisfaction of some sort even. You know in your brain that it's not really good for you, but you keep fooling yourself that "it's not THAT BAD". Why? Because you don't feel or see the effects until many years later. By then many times it's too late and your health is shot!

Another example would be cheating in school. You cheat, you pass, you don't get caught. Maybe you NEVER get caught. You think you're getting away with it. You even get a High School Diploma! Then you get out into the "real world" and you find you can't get a job because you can't pass the tests the employers give to you. Why? Because of those 4 years of cheating. Come to find out, the teacher was right when they said "When you cheat, you're really cheating yourself." At the time you blew it off and said "yeah right!, what ever." But after time, you noticed it has caught up to you!

I'm sure you get the drift.

So what do you do when the past is affecting your "now"?
Take responsibility for your actions, quit blaming others; and start sowing good seeds.

Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life!

I once read that a coincidence is just when God chooses to remain anonymous.......

I once read that a coincidence is just when God chooses to remain anonymous.......

The SPARROW at STARBUCKS -> The song that silenced the cappuccino machine

It was chilly in Manhattan but warm inside the Starbucks shop on 51st Street and Broadway, just a skip up from Times Square. Early November weather in New York City holds only the slightest hint of the bitter chill of late December and January, but it's enough to send the masses crowding indoors to vie for available space and warmth.

For a musician, it's the most lucrative Starbucks location in the world, I'm told, and consequently, the tips can be substantial if you play your tunes right. Apparently, we were striking all the right chords that night, because our basket was almost overflowing.

It was a fun, low-pressure gig - I was playing keyboard and singing backup for my friend who also added rhythm with an arsenal of percussion instruments. We mostly did pop songs from the '40s to the '90s with a few original tunes thrown in. During our emotional rendition of the classic, "If You Don't Know Me by Now," I noticed a lady sitting in one of the lounge chairs across from me. She was swaying to the beat and singing along.

After the tune was over, she approached me. "I apologize for singing along on that song. Did it bother you?" she asked.
"No," I replied. "We love it when the audience joins in. Would you like to sing up front on the next selection?"
To my delight, she accepted my invitation. "You choose," I said. "What are you in the mood to sing?"
"Well. ... do you know any hymns?"
Hymns? This woman didn't know who she was dealing with. I cut my teeth on hymns. Before I was even born, I was going to church. I gave our guest singer a knowing look. "Name one."

"Oh, I don't know. There are so many good ones. You pick one."

"Okay," I replied. "How about 'His Eye is on the Sparrow'?" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKUyL0ZUFfM&feature=related)

My new friend was silent, her eyes averted. Then she fixed her eyes on mine again and said, "Yeah. Let's do that one."

She slowly nodded her head, put down her purse, straightened her jacket and faced the center of the shop. With my two-bar setup, she began to sing: " Why should I be discouraged? Why should the shadows come?"

The audience of coffee drinkers was transfixed. Even the gurgling noises of the cappuccino machine ceased as the employees stopped what they were doing to listen. The song rose to its conclusion : " I sing because I'm happy; I sing because I'm free. For His eye is on the sparrow. And I know He watches me".

When the last note was sung, the applause crescended to a deafening roar that would have rivaled a sold-out crowd at Carnegie Hall.
Embarrassed, the woman tried to shout over the din, "Oh, y'all go back to your coffee! I didn't come in here to do a concert! I just came in here to get somethin' to drink, just like you!" But the ovation continued.. I embraced my new friend. "You, my dear, have made my whole year! That was beautiful!"

"Well, it's funny that you picked that particular hymn," she said.

"Why is that?"

"Well . .." she hesitated again, "that was my daughter's favorite song."
"Really!" I exclaimed.
"Yes," she said, and then grabbed my hands. By this time, the applause had subsided and it was business as usual.. "She was 16. She died of a brain tumor last week."

I said the first thing that found its way through my stunned silence. "Are you going to be okay?"

She smiled through tear-filled eyes and squeezed my hands. "I'm gonna be okay. I've just got to keep trusting the Lord and singing his songs, and everything's gonna be just fine." She picked up her bag, gave me her card, and then she was gone.
Was it just a coincidence that we happened to be singing in that particular coffee shop on that particular November night? Coincidence that this wonderful lady just happened to walk into that particular shop?
Coincidence that of all the hymns to choose from, I just happened to pick the very hymn that was the favorite of her daughter, who had died just the week before? I refuse to believe it.

God has been arranging encounters in human history since the beginning of time, and it's no stretch for me to imagine that he could reach into a coffee shop in midtown Manhattan and turn an ordinary gig into a revival.
It was a great reminder that if we keep trusting him and singing his songs, everything's gonna be okay.

The next time you feel like GOD can't use YOU, just remember...
Noah was a drunk
Abraham was too old
Isaac was a daydreamer
Jacob was a liar
Leah was ugly
Joseph was abused
Moses had a stuttering problem
Gideon was afraid
Sampson had long hair and was a womanizer
Rahab was a prostitute
Jeremiah and Timothy were too young
David had an affair and was a murderer
Elijah was suicidal
Isaiah preached naked
Jonah ran from God
Naomi was a widow
Job went bankrupt
John the Baptist ate bugs
Peter denied Christ
The Disciples fell asleep while praying
Martha worried about everything
The Samaritan woman was divorced, more than once
Zaccheus was too small
Paul was too religious
Timothy had an ulcer...AND
Lazarus was dead!
No more excuses now!!

God can use you to your full potential. Besides you aren't the message, you are just the messenger. God Bless

Pass this on to someone else, if you'd like. There is NO LUCK attached.

If you don't leave a comment, it's okay: God's Love Is Not Dependent On Blogs.

Home Remedies Found in Your Medicine Cabinet - By Dr. Oz

Home Remedies Found in Your Medicine Cabinet - By Dr. Oz

-Help with Acid Reflux- Baking Soda and water. Drink 3 times a day, five days a week, for 3 weeks.

-Take a Splinter out of your hand or finger more easily- Put a spot of glue on the area and let it dry for 20 minutes and then you can easily remove the splinter. Easier and safer than sticking a pin and prodding.

- Foods that help counter the amount of salt in our food.
1 out of 4 people in the USA die from high blood pressure. It's a silent killer.
One of the reason is there is so much salt in our foods. Very little salt that we eat daily is from the salt we add to our food.

Figs, Sweet Potato's and cooked Spinach counter the salt we are eating.

My notes: I would highly recommend besides working out and eating correctly, that we take Young Living's Omega Blue and NingXia Red.
When I first started paying attention to my Blood Pressure it was 149/86 at age 45. That was taken on 4/23/09. On 2/17/10 my Blood pressure was 122/64 .

What should your blood pressure be according to your age? Go here for a great chart

So you see, there are quite a few things we can do to help our bodies be more healthy using natural methods.

Ultimate Alternative Medicine Secrets-Dr. Oz show

Ultimate Alternative Medicine Secrets - Dr Oz show 9/6/10

Fascinating Alternative Medicine. I took notes and want to share and added my additional notes for more details.

What is Alternative Medicine?

Alternative medicine that is not used in the Western Culture that has been used in other Countries, sometimes for centuries.

Secret #1 Help for Arthritis. Mud Baths made of Clay, peat and Sulfur Water.
Has anti inflammatory benefits.

My Notes: Here's a great site about clay mud baths. http://www.eytonsearth.org/clay-baths.php

Secret #2 Aromatherapy. Can be used on pressure points on the body and inhaled to bypass the cortex and go straight into the sensory area's of the brain. Helps with reducing stress.

My notes: Aromatherapy with Essential Oils

Secret #3 Herbs Such as Sage and Black Cohosh. Good for women going through menopause.

My notes: http://altmedicine.about.com/od/blackcohosh/a/blackcohosh.htm
I'd suggest two products by Young Living for women going through menopause called:
FemaGen

And ProgessencePlus

Secret #4 Yoga- The breathing done in Yoga can drop blood pressure.
My notes: While there are I'm sure many physical benefits of Yoga, I do not recommend the spiritual aspect of Yoga.

Secret #5 Inferred Sauna two times a week can help prevent colds and flu as viruses don't do well in temperatures 80 degrees and above. It's why viruses love the Winter season. Be sure to drink plenty of water an be well hydrated before going into any Sauna.

Secret #6 Chinese method called "Cupping" It helps the blood to flow to the area that needs healing of joint pain and brings blood flow to that area. Increased blood flow helps the healing process.

Notes: I'm not sure what to think of cupping seeing how this is the first time I've been exposed to the idea. Here is more info: http://www.chinesecupping.net/history_of_chinese_cupping.html

Secret #7 Reiki (Energy Healing) A balancing process. Helps your system become balanced. Here's an audio explaining Reiki: http://www.reiki.org/Movies/Movie1.html
My Notes: Too new age for me.
I'd much rather use the laying on of hands taught in the Bible as a sound principle of healing along with anointing oils (pure).

Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life!

Discover these Jewels and live forever!-Part 6 How to live forever!

We started out this six part series of "Find These Jewels and live forever!" by making the bold statement of "living forever." So far, everything I have written about will possibly help a person live a healthy long life. It's not as good living a long life if your body isn't healthy. That's misery, not wealth.

So...back to the Fountain of Youth. What is this myth based on and is there a way to live forever? I'll answer the second part first. Is there a way to live forever? Yes!

So, let's look at how this is done...To do so, one must go back in time. All the way back to the creation of the Earth. The only records I am aware of that describe such a time is the book of Genesis in the Bible.

It says in Gen 2:15 "And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die."

Do you see what this means!? Man was not originally designed to die! At the point man and woman had not eaten of the tree of good and evil, which means at this point they were going to live forever! FOREVER!

But we know the story goes on: Gen 3:17 "And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

18Thorns also and thistles shall it bring forth to thee; and thou shalt eat the herb of the field;

19In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."

So now for the first time we see "death." Why? Because Adam and Eve choose not to obey God. God fulfilled His word and told Adam because you have done this you will return to the dust of the ground.

So...the question is, how do we return to the state of eternal life instead of death?

Good news! There has been a plan made, also way back in Genesis.
Gen 3:14 So the LORD God said to the serpent:
“ Because you have done this,
You are cursed more than all cattle,
And more than every beast of the field;
On your belly you shall go,
And you shall eat dust
All the days of your life.

15 And I will put enmity
Between you and the woman,
And between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head,
And you shall bruise His heel.”

16 To the woman He said:
“I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception;
In pain you shall bring forth children;
Your desire shall be for your husband,
And he shall rule over you.”

This is speaking of Jesus! What about Jesus though? How does Jesus cause us to live forever? How does He restore eternal life to us?

Romans 5:18 "Therefore as by the offense of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.

19For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous."

This is explaining that by Adam everyone was condemned to die and be under judgment.
But by one man's righteousness came justification of life (That one man is Jesus).

Romans 5:1 Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. 2Through him we have also obtained access by faith[b] into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, 5and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.

6For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly. 7For one will scarcely die for a righteous person—though perhaps for a good person one would dare even to die— 8but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by him from the wrath of God. 10For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life. 11More than that, we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation."
Death in Adam, Life in Christ
12"Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned— 13for sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law. 14Yet death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those whose sinning was not like the transgression of Adam, who was a type of the one who was to come.

15But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many. 16And the free gift is not like the result of that one man’s sin. For the judgment following one trespass brought condemnation, but the free gift following many trespasses brought justification. 17For if, because of one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.

18Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men. 19For as by the one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so by the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous. 20Now the law came in to increase the trespass, but where sin increased, grace abounded all the more, 21so that, as sin reigned in death, grace also might reign through righteousness leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

Did you read that! Especially the last part..."eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

John 3: 14"And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:

15That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

This is the way to eternal life! It's yours, if you will only believe.

John 10:27 "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

28And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

29My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. "

This is where the fable "The Fountain of Youth" came from.
Jesus is that fountain! Let me prove it!!
John 4:10 "Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living waterstyle="font-style:italic;">." (Speaking of Himself)

John 7:38 "He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water."

Revelation 7:17 "For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes."

Are you ready for the living water?

Say this pray and mean it from your heart and you shall be saved and have eternal life.
"Dear Lord, I believe you are the living water of life. I confess I am a sinner and ask that you forgive me of all my sins. Please come into my heart this day, cleanse me and save me; in Jesus name, amen."

If you just said that prayer from your heart and confessed it with your mouth, you are now born again.

I encourage you to leave me a comment and if you have any questions feel free to email me at dextersadventures@yahoo.com

Wishing you Wealth and Riches in every part of your life!

What A Great Birthday!

I have to back up a few days to explain how special things have been happening to me lately. You'll want to read because special things can happen in your life too, if they are not already.

You might say I've been experimenting with "The Law of Love". Some people call it the "Law of Attraction" but really in my opinion, "The Law of Love" describes it much better!

The Bible says "Love overcomes all" and also "Love never fails". I never knew how this could apply in my life other than relationships until recently. You might say the light bulb has turned on and it's getting brighter all the time!

So my first experiment was a long stem rose. I wanted one because I happen to love good smelling roses. Being a X Professional Gardner brought a real love of roses in my life for many years now.

Anyways...I haven't seen roses in the house for about a year, and decided that I would like 1 Long Stem Rose that was high fragrance. I emailed myself the intention but told no one. The 2nd day I set out an empty vase on the table and then grabbed it and smelled my rose (that wasn't there yet). MMMM SO GOOD!
2 days after I emailed myself, my wife brought home a bouquet of beautiful roses with peacock feathers in them. Even better than I had imagined!
Here's the picture

Now I know the new ages get way off into lady gaga land. lol I'm not proclaiming that everything they have said about The Law of Attraction is correct (in my opinion anyhow) but I do now understand what they are talking about with The Law of Love.

So... that was the start of a great week.

I decided to take off work today to enjoy my Birthday. I love fireworks very much. Matter of fact, 4th of July is one of my favorite Holidays besides for Christmas.
Well...as I was walking out of work the good Lord had a surprise birthday gift for me last night. Yep, Fireworks! We have a baseball stadium not too far from where I work and they just started shooting off their fireworks as I got out of work.
What an enjoyable night!

I decided to have a custom made cake with a Rhino on top. I ordered from a friend of mine that recently went into business making custom cakes and I told her I'd like a Rhino cake with some type of Jungle Thyme along with it being triple chocolate.
We agreed it would be a two tier cake, but beyond that no details were given.
BUT, I had imagined a rhino on top of the cake sitting on his rear and chocolate chips inside the cake too. You guessed it, that's exactly what I got!
Here's the picture:

Amazing!
By the way if you want a custom made cake of your own and you're in the Central PA area, you can contact Kitty Kakes.

I was able to BBQ outside. It was perfect weather for it. Warm with a slight breeze.
BBQing veggies, hotlinks (I know, not good for me, but once in awhile is okay), Chicken, and ribs. All the food was wonderful, but what was the best was my son who recently has returned from Iraq was able to spend it with us, and our daughter who recently came to join us from the Philippines also! What a special day.

On top of that, so many of my wonderful Face Book friends wished me a happy birthday too. Some people may think that's no big deal, that someone online wishing you a happy birthday, but for me; I am grateful that they take time out of their lives to wish me a Happy Birthday. If you're one of them, THANK YOU for making my day special too!

Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life!

Find these Jewels and live forever! -part 5 Diet of fruits, Vegetables, and fish

Diet of fruits, Vegetables, and fish

We all know by now that Fruits, Vegetables, and fish are really good healthy food to eat to make and keep your body healthy. But what kinds are the best and why?

Let's start with Fish

The best type of Fish to eat is the kind that has plenty of Omega 3's and Omega 6's in it.

The omega-3 fatty acides found in salmon benefit the body in many ways.
They improve blood vessel health. In addition, they reduce inflammation and lubricate joints. The brain needs fat in order to thrive, and omega-3 fatty acids help feed the brain.
Eating salmon can help reduce LDL cholesterol while boosting HDL levels.

I want to share a blog that talks about the dangers of too much fish oil. Here it is: http://www.aboutomega3.com/know_the_side_effects_of_too_much_fish_oil.html

Now on to what type of fish and fish oil supplements you will want to take:

Fatty fish, such as salmon, herring, and albacore tuna, contain the most omega-3 fatty acids and therefore the most benefit, but many types of seafood contain small amounts of omega-3 fatty acids. Most freshwater fish have less omega-3 fatty acids than do fatty fish from the sea. Lake trout have relatively high levels of omega-3 fatty acids.

The omega-3 fatty acids found in salmon benefit the body in many ways. They improve heart, brain and blood vessel health. In addition, they reduce inflammation and lubricate joints. The brain needs fat in order to thrive, and omega-3 fatty acids feed the brain. Eating salmon can help reduce LDL cholesterol while boosting HDL levels. Omega fats have a protective effect, making this fatty acid a must-have nutrient in your diet.

You will want to avoid farm raised Salmon as they may have toxins in them.

How to prepare fish: Fish that is baked, broiled, or grilled is best. The health benefits of fish are greatly reduced by battering and frying the fish.

How often should you eat fish? Twice a week is what is recommend by most experts.

So what do you do if you don't like the taste of fish?
You can take fish oil supplements instead! Be careful though which type you choose, as fish oil if not properly handled can go rancid very quickly and cause your body more harm than good.
I recommend Young Livings "Omega Blue" capsules. Only the highest quality fish mixed with essential oils. Best of all, no after taste!

FRUITS & Vegetables

Antioxidants provide around-the-clock defenses against free-radical damage to your arteries. Researchers at the Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University measured various fruits for their ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity), a fancy way of saying their antioxidant power. Here are the top 10 performers

All antixoidant capacity measures are estimated by Ferric Reducing Power and are expressed as micromole Trolox equivalent (TE) per 100 grams or 3.53 ounces, accurate to ±5%.

Why no juices?
ORAC Issues.

We chose not to list ORAC scores for various juices for two reasons:

1. Each time juice ingredients or processing changes, the former ORAC score is rendered irrelavent and misleading.

2. When ORAC became popular, many companies started manipulating the test by using isolated/manufactured ingredients that were of questionable health benefit yet spiked the ORAC score of their juice.

We have found that a comparison of SOD activity paints a much more accurate picture as to whether the goodness of the original fruit is retained in the final product.

As always, locally grown and organic is highly recommended.

Discover these Jewels and live forever! Part 4-Less stress

Stress is a killer!

In my work alone (in a call center) in the last 5 years I've know at least three people who have had heart issues because of stress. One of the three had a heart attack, one had a stroke, and the last one; I'm not sure.

110 million people die annually due to stress. That is 7 people all around the world every 2 seconds.

You do not have to be one of them. There are ways to reduce your stress level no matter what type of job you have.

I'm going to list some suggestions that will help you become either stress free or at least reduce your stress level.

1. Only work up to 6 days a week.

There are many good reasons why ancient scripture teaches that God took 6 days to make the world, and on the 7th He rested and that we are commanded to rest the 7th day.

It does not matter if you are a believer or not to follow this rule. Everything and everyone needs a rest and when you take one day of the week to rest, it renews your body, mind, and spirit. (More on renewing your spirit later).
When you take this day of rest, I suggest you have all electronics off for a 24 hour period. No Television, no radio, and no computer or phone.
Also no shopping and especially no work. Relax with friends and or family. Take time to know them and be with them.

Anyhow when was the last time you just had family time with no distractions?

If your the person that does the cooking for your home, then have something already prepared from the day before, and simply heat it up. Or eat something cold for a change. In other words to "slaving over the stove" on this day.

Take this time to read, and to think about what your goals will be for the coming week.

If possible, give your car a rest too, but if not; at least keep driving to a minimum.

2. Learn relaxation techniques.

I learned way back in high school from a psychology teacher how to relax my body using a bio feedback machine. When you get good at using one, you can slow your heart beat down even, like I did.

If you don't have the money or desire to buy a bio feedback machine, that's okay; I can teach you some basic techniques right now. (Yes and all for free! What a blog hu!?)

A. Sit up on your bed. We will start with your head and neck.
Close your eyes and move your head slowly around counter close wise in a smooth motion. (never a jerky motion). Now do it close wise, and back again counter clock wise.

B. Lay down flat on your back. You may use a pillow if you wish.
Bring your shoulders all the way to your neck and then let them drop slowly.
Do this and then a deep inhale from your belly, not your chest. Hold it for 3 to 5 seconds and then release your breath. (Breath in through your nose, and exhale out of your mouth). You can do it just though your nose if it feels more natural.

C. Now tighten your right arm and then relax it. Do this a few times and then your right hand and open it. Do the same with the left arm and left hand.

D. With each leg, tighten the left one, and then relax. Do this a few times and then do the other leg a few times.

E. Tighten your butt cheeks and release a few times.

F. Curl your toes and hold them and then release them. Do this a few times.

G. Breathe deep from your belly, hold he breath for a few seconds and then exhale.
Do this over and over until you feel relaxed.

To enhance this relaxation of your body, you can play very soft music if your choice if you wish and also you could use a Therapeutic Essential Oil such as lavender to diffuse in your room to bring even more relaxation to your body.

Now the neat thing about it is, you don't have to be laying down in your bed to do these relaxation techniques I've listed above. You could be anywhere including your office at your desk.

3. Take a hot bath with Epsom salt and if you like add Lavender Therapeutic Essential oil ahead of time to your bath salt as well. Soak for awhile and just close your eyes and relax. Forget about your troubles and the world and picture yourself in a hot spa on a nice exclusive island resort. ahhhhh yes.

4. Give a hearty laugh everyday

Life can be very serious at times, so take some time and just laugh at something. Go ahead, give yourself permission; it's okay. Laughter releases stress and makes your whole body feel happier too.

5. Use your 7th day of rest of meditation.

No, I don't mean ooommmmmm, but time to think about life in general. To be thankful for everything you possibly can be. There is always something to be thankful for, even if it's the air we breathe.

6. Start your day out right.

Most people hit the snooze a few times until the very last minute (or sometimes past the last minute) they can, hit the shower (maybe) and rush off to work.

Instead, when your "alarm" which you should rename "opportunity clock" sounds, hit snooze (This is after you have set the clock to sound earlier than you must get up to be onetime) and lay there and think of things to be grateful for.
My friend Mirdza came up with this idea a few months ago. She suggests you start being grateful for all the parts of your body that do NOT hurt, instead of thinking of only the parts that do hurt or are sore. Just lay there and be thankful for all parts of your body that are feeling good. Then from there you can be thankful you woke up at all, and start being thankful for the day.

7. Eat a good breakfast

No, donuts and coffee would not be considered a good breakfast.
Eat something that will make you feel full (but not lethargic) for the rest of the morning. Something nutritious. It will cause your whole body to feel better and your mind will be much more awake and able to work better. (Mama was right, eat a good breakfast before going out).

8. Stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime. Give your body time to digest your food before going to sleep. It will help you sleep better and possibly give you less nightmares too.

9. Feed your mind with uplifting positive stories in the morning.

A lot of people love to read the newspaper and sip on coffee first thing in the morning. If you haven't noticed already, bad news sells and that's what you're feeding your mind first thing in the morning, negative stressful news. By time you start your work day out, you're body is already feeling stressed from all the negative things you fed your mind earlier.

10. Start your morning out instead with some type of stretching. The Chinese in many Countries do Tia Chi in the morning.

11. Talk with someone you can trust.

Heart to heart talks with someone really help reduce the stress. I'm sure you've heard the term "Getting it off your chest."
Sometimes that's exactly what we need to do. Just vent.
While I wouldn't make it a habit, there are times you need to.

12. Get your own little running water fall.

"Nature tops the list of potent tranquilizers and stress reducers. The mere sound of moving water has been shown to lower blood pressure." -- Patch Adams

13.Renew your Spirit by Prayer and the word of God.

God never intended for you to carry the load on your own.
He says to cast all your burdens on Him. He wants to actually take your burden off your shoulders and put it on Him instead. Don't worry, He's a big God, He can handle what ever burden you have. When you give it to Him, be sure not to take it back. Leave it with Him. Put your trust in Him that He will take care of "it".
Prayer makes a big difference, but it has to come from the heart. If it's just a head prayer, you're not really praying. Ask God to give you peace, and He will. A peace that no one else could even provide.

And what better place to find the will of God for your life than the Holy Bible.
I encourage you to read it daily and think and talk of it too each day.

And now a special 4 minute movie to help you relax and feel good: http://www.naturesinspirationmovie.com/

The next post will be "Diet of fruits, Vegetables, and fish." What types are the best and how often you should eat them and why.

Discover these Jewels and live forever! Part 3-Exercise

The Third Jewel that you want to discover and have in your life is Exercise.

But what type, how much, and how often?

I recently bought a pedometer. It counts the number of steps, distance, and calories.
Super easy to use. Just clip it to your belt and your ready to go.
Dr. Oz on the Dr. Oz show recommends at least 10,000 steps a day to get and stay healthy.

I work an office job 8 hours a day, 5 days a week ,plus at home on the computer for another 1 to 2 hours a day with my part time business. That's a lot of sitting! I've found without going to the gym or any "extra" walking, I only step around 1500 steps a day. A far cry from 10,000!

The good news is, with walking around on my 2 breaks and going to the gym for 1/2 hour I average around 5,000 steps a day.
Now I'll need to find a way to increase that without having to put another 1/2 hour at the gym, such as parking on the 4th level parking lot and walking up and down the stairs instead of taking the elevator. More walking on my 2nd break. Using the stairs to get to the floor I work on also instead of the elevator. Things like that will all add up for me, and for you too if you work a office job or spend a lot of time at your desk from home.
Finding fun activities on the weekend will increase my walking time too.

So if you haven't guessed it yet, walking is a great way to stay healthy. All the experts agree.

Gardening is an excellent source of exercise and you'll benefit from the organic aspect of it too. Nothing better to me than a home grown tomato!
My mother in-law is in her 70's and works on the family farm as often as she can. It keeps her body and mind young. All that bending, moving, walking keeps her flexible which is my next major point.

Besides for muscle building, you want your body to be flexible too. It does no good to build muscle and not be able to bend over because your so stiff you can't move.

Do you remember the Kung Fu expert and movie star Bruce Lee? He knew not only was it important to know the moves automatically and have strong muscles but also to be flexible was key to moving fast and having a healthy body.

The Chinese use Tai Chi to bring both spiritual and physical harmony to their lives.
When I was in Hong Kong I witnessed first hand that every morning they would go outside and gather in groups and do Tai Chi together. It was quite impressive to watch these different groups in the morning start out their day in this manner.
I believe we westerners have some things to learn still!

Muscle building burns calories even after your done working out. It's a great way to keep burning calories!

How often to exercise?

To align yourself with the instructions of ancient scriptures, 6 days a week, and the 7th day for rest and worship.

How Much?

At least 10,000 steps a day would be your starting goal.
At the gym as far as working your muscles, I'd recommend if you're totally out of shape, start out with no more than 15 minutes a day for the first week or two.
The important thing is, listen to your body. It's okay to sweat and feel your heart beat, but if you can't talk while walking your pushing yourself too hard and need to slow down a bit. There are more technical ways of gauging this as far as heart rate and so forth, but a little common sense goes a long ways. If you want to know more though and get more into details there are plenty of resources online and off to reference.

As you can see I am working myself into more exercise in my own life to have the full Wealth and Riches that God wants for me. It is a Jewel that I am grasping to keep for the rest of my days and it's my hope you will too.

Discover these Jewels and live forever! Part 2-Fables?

Discover these Jewels and live forever! Part 2 寧夏枸杞

Have you heard of the fountain of youth? The fountain that if drunken from, will make you young and keep you young forever? A children s fable right?
Perhaps...but I've found many of our fables are indeed based on fact.

Can I prove it to you? Yes? Okay, great. But before we talk about the Fountain of Youth, let's talk about another fable, Dragons!
What about Dragons? Another child's fable of Knights in shinning armor slaying the dragons and being hero's! What a great story and so exciting too. Too bad it's just a fable right? After all, we all know there were never any dragons...or do we?

I found something in the ancient scriptures. A real jewel indeed that describes a real dragon! Not a symbol of one, but an actual dragon. Would you like to know where that scripture is? Yes? I thought so, lets keep reading.

Isaiah 30:6 The burden against the beasts of the South.
Through a land of trouble and anguish,
From which came the lioness and lion,
The viper and fiery flying serpent,
They will carry their riches on the backs of young donkeys,
And their treasures on the humps of camels,
To a people who shall not profit;

Job 41 (English Standard Version)

Job 41

1 "Can you draw out(A) Leviathan[b] with a fishhook
or press down his tongue with a cord?
2Can you put a rope in his nose
or pierce his jaw with a hook?
3Will he make many pleas to you?
Will he speak to you soft words?
4Will he make a covenant with you
to take him for your servant forever?
5Will you play with him as with a bird,
or will you put him on a leash for your girls?
6Will traders bargain over him?
Will they divide him up among the merchants?
7Can you fill his skin with harpoons
or his head with fishing spears?
8Lay your hands on him;
remember the battle—you will not do it again!
9 Behold, the hope of a man is false;
he is laid low even at the sight of him.
10No one is so fierce that he dares to stir him up.
Who then is he who can stand before me?
11 Who has first given to me, that I should repay him?
Whatever is under the whole heaven is mine.

12"I will not keep silence concerning his limbs,
or his mighty strength, or his goodly frame.
13Who can strip off his outer garment?
Who would come near him with a bridle?
14Who can open the doors of his face?
Around his teeth is terror.
15His back is made of rows of shields,
shut up closely as with a seal.
16One is so near to another
that no air can come between them.
17They are joined one to another;
they clasp each other and cannot be separated.
18His sneezings flash forth light,
and his eyes are like the eyelids of the dawn.
19Out of his mouth go flaming torches;
sparks of fire leap forth.
20Out of his nostrils comes forth smoke,
as from a boiling pot and burning rushes.
21His breath kindles coals,
and a flame comes forth from his mouth
.
22In his neck abides strength,
and terror dances before him.
23The folds of his flesh(I) stick together,
firmly cast on him and immovable.
24His heart is hard as a stone,
hard as the lower millstone.
25When he raises himself up the mighty are afraid;
at the crashing they are beside themselves.
26Though the sword reaches him, it does not avail,
nor the spear, the dart, or the javelin.
27He counts iron as straw,
and bronze as rotten wood.
28The arrow cannot make him flee;
for him sling stones are turned to stubble.
29Clubs are counted as stubble;
he laughs at the rattle of javelins.
30His underparts are like sharp potsherds;
he spreads himself like a threshing sledge on the mire.
31He makes the deep boil like a pot;
he makes the sea like a pot of ointment.
32Behind him he leaves a shining wake;
one would think the deep to be white-haired.
33 On earth there is not his like,
a creature without fear.
34He sees everything that is high;
he is king over all the sons of pride."

There you have it folks! A fire breathing dragon in more than one place found in ancient scripture.

So, we see a so called fable to be based on truth!
The same I dare say about the "fable" of the fountain of youth.

Once upon a time, man use to live for hundreds and hundreds of years. We don't see people living past 120 years any more. The average life span considering the whole world is 67.2 years. That's it folks! Poof, done!

But now, let's look into possible causes of people to live into their 100's, in other words a centenarian and not only live into their 100's but also still able to get around and work in their gardens. (Not bed bound with tubes sticking out of every hole).

While there is no one single source, I have found some possible "Fountains of Youth"

I found this article in the China Daily paper (online) stating that there are many Centenarians in the Xinjiang, China region that has the highest proportion of centenarians in the country, with 1,413 people aged 100 years or older, or 73 in every 1 million people.

A 121-year-old Sadiq Sawut from the Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region topped the list as the oldest man, while Maihefu Zihan, from the same region, was the oldest woman at 118 with pictures. You can find the article here: http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/china/2008-10/08/content_7086173.htm

I then looked up NingXia Wolfberry in Wikipedia and it reads:
"The majority of commercially produced wolfberries come from the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region of north-central China and the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region of western China."

Perhaps one of a few reasons there are people living to very old ages there?

There is also a unsupported claim that a Chinese man named Li Qing Yuen, who was said to have consumed wolfberries daily, lived to the age of 252 years (1678–1930).

There are other contributing reasons people there and else where are living to a very old age such as
* Exercise
* Low Stress
* Diet of fruits, Vegetables, and fish
* Prayer

We will examine more of each of these in a later blog.

Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in every area of your life!
