Live Your Dreams

Most people do, so I want to tell you this story that I just in Les Brown's book "Live your dreams"

A soldier was captured behind enemy lines and his captors told him he had two choices: He could face the firing squad in the morning, or he could go through the unmarked door marked "unknown horrors". The soldier chose the firing squad; after he was executed, someone asked the leader of his captors what was behind the door. "Freedom", he answered, "but very few people are willing to face their fear of the unknown."

None of us knows what the future brings, but most of us know who HOLDS the future, and yet still fear it. Our fear of the unknown brings us doubts that we could ever succeed in our Young Living business, in our efforts to get fit and healthy, or in anything else in life. We would rather feel secure and plan for a mediocre life, then take on a challenge and face the idea of failing. We may have failed many times but that doesn't mean that we will continue to fail. We need to LEARN through our set backs and KNOW that we are not simply destined to fail. We can get stronger with every speed bump we encounter, and our hard times can help us help others who also have the fear of the unknown and the fear of failure.

Don't allow your fears to overcome you. Decide today to go through the door marked "unknown" with power, knowing that you CAN succeed, no matter how many times you have failed in the past. Live the life of FREEDOM you have always wanted by choosing to go through the "unknown" door.

Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in your life!

Throw away the Tylenol and reach for the Lavender instead!

Throw away the Tylenol and reach for the Lavender instead!

Have you ever thought about what was used before there was Tylenol or aspirin?
The Egyptians knew and even today Queen Elizabeth uses Lavender to relax.
But you don’t have to be a Queen or an Egyptian to enjoy the benefits of lavender in your own home.
You can inhale lavender essential oil to soothe and relax your body and mind.
You can also use it in the bath tub in warm bath water to sooth those weary mussels. (ask me how when you’re ready to do this, you don’t want to just add it to the water directly).
Great for using it as massage oil to promote relaxation. Just have someone rub some on your feet and it will feel so good and bring relaxation to your whole body.
I have used it to relieve headaches. Having it rubbed on the back of my neck, temples, forehead and a little under my nose and I forgot all about having a headache and drifted right to sleep.
Have you ever been cooking and had some hot oil splatter on you? Lavender Essential Oil is great for soothing burns and I’ve noticed faster regeneration of my skin too.
I’ve also used it on my sunburns on my face. I just mixed it with a little virgin coconut oil a couple of drops of lavender essential oil, and it took the sting right out and made my face feel much better.
Put a little on your pillow at night for sweet dreams.
