As a Man Thinks in His Heart, so is He. - Proverbs 23:7
This is a powerful truth that you can use for your advantage. How?
You must become aware of your own thoughts on a daily bases. In doing so you will be able to form who you really want to become.
You see, it all starts in the mind. What ever you think about is who you become.
1. Feed your mind good healthy things.
Just like your body needs good healthy food to stay healthy, your mind is no different.
If you are feeding your mind things that are uplifting, good, inspiring, educational facts, then you are way ahead of the game.
2. Watch the "I Am's". When you make a mistake do you say "I am so stupid!"
Self talk is extremely important. You want to keep it positive to keep feeding your subconscious good things about yourself.
3. Be careful what goes into your gateways.
What are your gateways? Things that enter into you. Your ears, your eyes, your nose, your mouth.
Ears: Are you allowing people to fill your ears with poop? Tell those people that God did not make your ears trash cans. People love to complain and gossip. Don't be a part of it, and don't listen to it.
Eyes: What are you watching on TV? What type of books and magazines are you allowing into your eye gate?
Nose: Scents are remembered by the brain faster than audio or visual. Use Aromatherapy to attract health and wealth into your life.
Mouth: What are you feeding your body and mind? A healthy body will help your mind work to it's peak performance.
How do you get rid of a bad thought? Our minds are quick to think the worst at times. What do we do about this and how?
You first have to notice you are thinking something that is not beneficial to you.
You then replace that thought with a better thought. You cannot simply just stop thinking about something. You must replace it! It works well, try it.
Think about what you want, not what you don't want.
If you are thinking about lack and need, you'll get more of it. Instead think of what you desire instead, and hold it in your mind as if you already have it. The longer you can hold it in your mind and the more often you can; the faster it will come about. Jesus taught this in the Bible: When you pray, believe as if you have already received it.

Live Your Dreams
Most people do, so I want to tell you this story that I just in Les Brown's book "Live your dreams"
A soldier was captured behind enemy lines and his captors told him he had two choices: He could face the firing squad in the morning, or he could go through the unmarked door marked "unknown horrors". The soldier chose the firing squad; after he was executed, someone asked the leader of his captors what was behind the door. "Freedom", he answered, "but very few people are willing to face their fear of the unknown."
None of us knows what the future brings, but most of us know who HOLDS the future, and yet still fear it. Our fear of the unknown brings us doubts that we could ever succeed in our Young Living business, in our efforts to get fit and healthy, or in anything else in life. We would rather feel secure and plan for a mediocre life, then take on a challenge and face the idea of failing. We may have failed many times but that doesn't mean that we will continue to fail. We need to LEARN through our set backs and KNOW that we are not simply destined to fail. We can get stronger with every speed bump we encounter, and our hard times can help us help others who also have the fear of the unknown and the fear of failure.
Don't allow your fears to overcome you. Decide today to go through the door marked "unknown" with power, knowing that you CAN succeed, no matter how many times you have failed in the past. Live the life of FREEDOM you have always wanted by choosing to go through the "unknown" door.
Wishing you more Wealth and Riches in your life!

Throw away the Tylenol and reach for the Lavender instead!
Throw away the Tylenol and reach for the Lavender instead!
Have you ever thought about what was used before there was Tylenol or aspirin?
The Egyptians knew and even today Queen Elizabeth uses Lavender to relax.
But you don’t have to be a Queen or an Egyptian to enjoy the benefits of lavender in your own home.
You can inhale lavender essential oil to soothe and relax your body and mind.
You can also use it in the bath tub in warm bath water to sooth those weary mussels. (ask me how when you’re ready to do this, you don’t want to just add it to the water directly).
Great for using it as massage oil to promote relaxation. Just have someone rub some on your feet and it will feel so good and bring relaxation to your whole body.
I have used it to relieve headaches. Having it rubbed on the back of my neck, temples, forehead and a little under my nose and I forgot all about having a headache and drifted right to sleep.
Have you ever been cooking and had some hot oil splatter on you? Lavender Essential Oil is great for soothing burns and I’ve noticed faster regeneration of my skin too.
I’ve also used it on my sunburns on my face. I just mixed it with a little virgin coconut oil a couple of drops of lavender essential oil, and it took the sting right out and made my face feel much better.
Put a little on your pillow at night for sweet dreams.
You can order yours by going to
www.youngliving.com
When ordering use # 1085586
If you would like to buy wholesale, I’ll show you how to do that too.
Wishing you relaxation and peace with much Wealth and Riches in your life.

THE DOING IN-ZONE!
How bad do you want it (what ever IT is)? Bad enough to stop wishing and start doing?
There's comes a point where you just get tired of wishing. You've wish for it for so long that you go beyond that point. You cross the line, and go into the "doing in zone"
No longer are you on the wishing yard line, but now you've moved into the "Doing Zone!"
This is what it takes to make something come about in your life. Yes, you have to start out with a vision, and yes that vision needs to be clear; and YES you have to see that vision daily. When you can taste it, breathe it, see it, feel it; even though it's not in the flesh as of yet, you know then it's time to take ACTION!
Faith without works is dead!
What is it your wishing for? Is it a husband, a wife, better health, more money? What is IT for you?
It's time to move into the "Doing Zone" today! Even if it's just a first step. Even if that step is a small step, what action will you take today?
Leave me comment and tell me what you have been wishing for all this time and what first step you'll take TODAY to reach IT?
More Wealth and Riches to you in every area of your life!

Eating for Success: Truth vs. Falsehood by Bill Phillips
Eating for Success: Truth vs. Falsehood by Bill Phillips
Obesity has a common cause (overeating the wrong foods and not getting enough exercise) as well as a universal solution (eating the right amount of the right foods and exercising). That’s the truth you can take to the blood bank, I assure you.
FALSEHOOD: Once you reach a certain age, you can’t get in shape.
TRUTH: You can improve your health and energy at any age.
You can improve your physical fitness, boost your energy and even improve your mental performance at any age, when you start feeding your body the right way.
FALSEHOOD: To be healthy, just stop eating bad foods.
TRUTH: Your health is enhanced by eating the right foods.
There is so much emphasis in diet books on what not to eat and so much misinformation in the media about how “bad” food is for us that I’m increasingly concerned that what’s being overlooked is the truth about how health is enhanced and our energy enriched by eating the right foods. Your body needs essential nutrients every day, and it’s vitally important to understand that food is the ally, not the enemy.
FALSEHOOD: You should not eat for “emotional reasons.”
TRUTH: You should enjoy eating, and it should be a pure pleasure!
The idea that you should not enjoy eating—that you should somehow find a way to eat that doesn’t feel good—is absolutely ridiculous.
I can’t help but laugh when I hear these so-called “nutrition experts” insist, “Food should be used only as fuel for the body.” That’s like saying the only reason to have sex is to procreate. That’s silly and it’s not realistic.
I wholeheartedly believe that you should enjoy food, and it should be a pure pleasure. There’s absolutely no reason you shouldn’t look forward to your meals and count on them to help you feel good. A delicious dinner can settle your nerves after a hectic day. A great breakfast can lift your mood and help you get ready to take on the day ahead. And a sweet, satisfying dessert can put a smile on your face. It does mine!
There’s really no reason not to honor the tradition of making food a part of celebrating holidays, birthdays and special occasions. I think it’s perfectly fine to reach for a bowl of chicken soup when your body’s aching and you’re feeling under the weather too.
Through Eating for Life, you’ll learn all about the right foods—the ones that are healthy and nourishing. And when you make those the mainstays of your meals, you can and will enjoy them. And you can eat to fuel your body, while also feeding positive emotions.
FALSEHOOD: To stabilize blood sugar, you have to stop eating carbohydrates.
TRUTH: Eating protein and carbohydrates balances blood sugar.
Today’s carbohydrate confusion began years ago when we fell for the low-fat fad. When food manufacturers began removing fat from foods and replacing it with highly processed carbohydrates, our collective blood sugar went through the roof, and the problems began.
As it turns out, dietary fat wasn’t really the problem after all. However, in somewhat of a knee-jerk reaction, now the food fad is to cut carbs in an effort to bring blood sugar levels back into balance. Ten years from now, I guarantee we’ll be looking back at this current craze and seeing some very serious side effects.
The truth is, cutting carbs is not the healthiest way to stabilize blood sugar levels. Carbohydrates are essential to eating right. The solution is to eat meals balanced with protein, quality carbohydrates and the essential fats your body needs.
When you eat balanced meals consistently, you will find energy you might have thought you lost forever. And you’ll lose body fat you may have believed you were stuck with.
FALSEHOOD: In order to be satisfied, you need to eat large portions.
TRUTH: Quality, not just quantity, produces healthy satisfaction.
Our bodies crave quality nutrition, not merely massive quantities of food. So many people in America today have it completely backward, though. They believe the more they eat, the better they’ll feel.
Supersized portions at restaurants, fast-food chains and packaged goods at the grocery stores are obviously all playing into the falsehood that more is better. Yet so many people are stuffed but still “starving” for nutrition. The truth is, our bodies are satisfied by high-quality meals, not just big quantities of junk food.
FALSEHOOD: To make a change, you need to wait until you’re all ready.
TRUTH: Don’t wait until you’re “ready.” Please, do it now.
You need not wait until you are “all ready” to make a change in your style of living. Don’t fool yourself into believing now is just “too soon.” If you wait until everything is perfect in your life before you make a change for the better, you’ll be waiting forever! Truth is, the time to do it is now. The longer you wait before you take action, the more you delay the rich rewards that are rightfully yours. Energy, strength, renewed health and decreased body fat… please begin feeding these benefits now.

How do you start your day out?
Many people wake up by an alarm clock, hit the snooze a couple of times and then finally jump up out of bed, take a shower, jump in their car, drink a cup on coffee on the way to work and start their work day.
A better way: Wake up early, read and or watch something inspiring to set your mindset in a positive manner setting up your day and getting started on the right foot.
Daily I read or listen to something motivational. Myself, I start my day out by reading at least one chapter in the Bible and then go online for some additional inspiring reading or movie clips. I set my mind up to dwell on something positive to start out my day right. Life is filled with all kinds of "challenges". People complaining, problems to solve and bills to pay. Let's face it, life can get you down real quick if you let it. That's why it's so vital to start your day out right.
Feed your mind with something uplifting and positive. The news in the morning I guarantee you will not do that. You listen to the news first thing in the morning and before you know it your mind is dwelling on how horrible this world is. Am I right? I know I am, because many years ago I started out my day by reading the newspaper. Not anymore my friend! A few hours into my day I will scan the News Headlines to know what's happening in the world, but I NEVER start out or end my day with the news.
I use to work for a newspaper, and do you know what sells the most papers? Bad news. The worst the news, the more papers will be sold. Don't start your day out with bad news, start it out with good news instead!
Some form of physical work out plan in the morning is beneficial also. Even if it's just stretching. One of Doctor Oz's shows he mentions that if you stretch in the morning after getting up that it will add years to your life. Amazing isn't it?
Thirdly I'd recommend some prayer time also before starting out your work day.
Lastly, I'd also recommend a good breakfast to start your day out right. Breakfast it the most important meal of the day. When you eat a good breakfast you will not snack as much if at all before lunch with things that are not even healthy for your body and your mind will have good nutrition to feed on for those challenging mornings. Breakfast is important, and I'm not talking about a cup of Joe.
So, make a choice starting tomorrow, to start your day out different and do some, if not all of these things for more Wealth and Riches in your life!
